3. Product Information
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Live plants may vary in size, color, and appearance
  • Product photos are representative of the plant variety and general appearance
  • Minor visual differences are natural and expected

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Full payment must be completed before an order is processed
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud

5. Orders & Processing
Once an order has been placed and confirmed:

  • An order is considered final once payment is received
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of placing the order are subject to a 5% cancellation fee
    • Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours but before packing begins are subject to a 10% cancellation fee
    • Once packing has started or the shipment has been dispatched, the order is non-cancellable and no refund will be issued
    • If Sarupaning Araceae cancels an order or is unable to supply the ordered products, the customer will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee deducted
    • Plant preparation and export documentation will begin promptly after order confirmation
      Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before checkout

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy (/pages/shipping-information).

Sarupaning Araceae is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier services
  • Import restrictions or permit requirements in the destination country
  • Taxes, customs duties, or additional inspection fees

7. Refunds & Claims
Refunds and claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (/pages/return-refund-policy).

All sales are considered final unless a valid claim is submitted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Claims must follow the specified procedures and deadlines, including:

  • Submission within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged plants
  • Valid documentation of the shipping box and labels

8. Import Responsibility
The buyer is fully responsible for:

  • Ensuring live plants are permitted to enter their country
  • Obtaining any required import permits
  • Understanding and complying with local regulations

No refunds will be issued for shipments rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities due to the buyer's failure to comply with import regulations.

Return to Origin (RTO) Policy:

  • If an RTO occurs due to our error, a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping) will be issued
  • If an RTO occurs due to reasons not caused by our error (e.g., buyer refused delivery, incorrect address, missing permit), no refund will be issued

9. Limitation of Liability
Sarupaning Araceae shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or damage to plants caused by factors beyond our control
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Issues arising after delivery due to improper care or environmental conditions
  • Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
